Results Consort's Champions
The tourneys to determine the Consort's Champions is held every reign in honor of the newly-crowned Royal Consort. Many competitors vie for the honor of serving the Royal Consort in their chosen competition form during their reign. The listing of the Champions for each reign is noted below. Champions are listed honoring the order in which the forms were added as Championships. The Champions are named at the discretion of the sitting Royal Consort.

Queen's Champions in more than one form
Paganus Grimlove and Nikolaos Phaistios are the only Caidans so far to be Queen's Champion in three or more forms.

Fun Facts
- To date, Sven Örfhendur is the only person to be Queen's Champion-AC and King's Champion (runner-up in Crown tournament) simultaneously.
- To date, Patrick O'Malley of Ulidia is the only person to be Queen's Champion in a non-AC form (EQ) and King's Champion (runner-up in Crown tournament) simultaneously.
- To date there have been two Royal sets who have each been a Queen's Champion Guillaume and Felinah and Patrick and Kara.
Past Royal Consorts who have been a Consort's Champion
- Battista de Lagos (R) for Trifona Anastasiia Dodovicha in 1989 (she is the only one who was QC before becoming queen).
- Felinah Tifarah Arnvella Memo Hazara Khan-ad-Din (UC) for Mora III in 2011, (UC) for Eilidh II in 2014, (UC) for Dawid Radzowycz in 2018, (EQ) for Drada de Variis in 2022 (Only one in more than one form).
- Kara the Twin of Kelton (TAC) for Marisa Rus in 2016
