History

Originally founded in 1984 as a college of Heatherwyne, Boethius centered around the Claremont Colleges.The group went inactive around 2010.

Heraldry

The original device was registered in 1984 and released in 1991 in favor of the one noted. The five books represent the five undergraduate school: Pomona College, Scripps College, Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College and Pitzer College.

In addition, two badges were registered in 1985:
