Western Seas is ruled by Their Excellencies Marco Valerio di Bartolomeo and Jessica Attenborough. Western Seas is Caid's only Palatine Barony.
Overview
Meaning: These are islands in the sea far to the west of mainland North America.
Blazon: Or, a wa'a outrigger, sail to dexter, sable within a laurel wreath vert within a bordure engrailed azure.
