Dreiburgen Anniversary had 22 heavy weapons fighters and 12 rapier fighters. The Arts & Sciences competition was held under Big Blue to a large turnout.
From the Crown Prints
Please join the Barony of Dreiburgen on Saturday October 28, 2000, in celebrating our Anniversary. A tournament will be held at Hunt Park in Riverside. The Theme for the day is History of Dreiburgen. There will be double elimination tournaments to determine Heavy Weapons and Rapier Champions. The day will begin with a helm auction. The prize for the Heavy Weapons helm auction will be a campsite, crafted by Joseph of Silver Oak, to include hand forged lantern stands, a fire pit, tent stakes, and a lean-to. The prize for the Rapier auction will be a hand forged knife.
The day will also include a peoples choice Arts & Sciences competition. Please bring any artistic endeavors to enter. The populace (one vote per site fee) will select an over all winner; the prize will be a Kirby Dagger Items must have been completed within the last two years, and may not have been entered in a previous Arts & Sciences competition held in Dreiburgen or any of her cantons, For more information, pleas contact THLord Malcolm Alberic. In addition there will be a history of Dreiburgen quiz.
