• Isabelle was sweet. She was also a force of nature when she wanted to be. She was hospitable and liked to take care of people. She volunteered for just about any task that needed to be done, minor or great, easy or hard, and was generally invisible doing it. She never sought praise. • I agree she was sweet and helpful, and I remember she usually wore a black dress. She was one of those people who, when she asked how you were doing, really cared about how you were doing. She did like volunteering. I was her cook assistant at more than one SCA feast. I honestly had as much if not more fun being her assistant than I did being served and entertained! - Eldwin Nightowl
