Great Western War XII

Highlights

• A memorial for Duchess Kolfinna kottr, KSCA, OP was held on Saturday, Oct 10, 2009, on the Main Battlefield at 2 PM. Many of her loved ones spoke of the way she lived her life to the fullest and loved the people of the SCA.
• Caitlin Christiana Wintour was made a companion of the Order of the Laurel at Grand Court
• Alexander Kallidokos and Vivienne Duval were made companions of the Order of the Pelican
• Grainne ingen Lasrach was made a companion of the White Scarf of Caid on the rapier battlefield, Saturday.
• Caidan Rose Tournament 2009
• The White Scarf Tournament was won by Don Colwyn Stagghorn, with Don Blayde of the West Kingdom the other finalist. (Each White Scarf selected two non-scarved fighters to fight for them)
