History
The Steel Brigade is Primarily made up of the combined rapier forces for the barony of Calafia. Modeled on the highly successful Iron Brigade, the Steel Brigade has brought together members from such households/companies as Horizon's End, Iron Maiden, Company of the Golden Gargoyle, Hospitalers of St. John of Caid, Drafn, and L'Academa delle Sette Spade. Steel Brigade members that reside within the barony wear a grey cassock while fighting melee in the unit. Members that choose to defend Calafia yet reside outside its borders gain the designation Steel Brigade Auxiliary, and wear a silver or grey sash as the original members did.
