This officer is primarily responsible for arranging Field heralds at kingdom events. This herald also has specific ceremonial duties for final round of Crown Tournament and assists with keeping Coronation running smoothly.
The title is a heraldic joke, inferring that the deputy responsible for voice heraldry may be "full of hot air".
