The Minister of Arts and Sciences is responsible for encouraging the production and display of arts and sciences within the Kingdom. In the early history of the Kingdom, and of the SCA in general, there were often separate offices for Arts and for Sciences. They were eventually coalesced at the Corporate level, and the Kingdom soon followed suit.
