- Event Steward: Fia Naheed
- Feast Steward: Jamal Damien Marcus. Responsible for finding head chefs for each meal. The head chef for each meal is given below.
- Thurs dinner - Baron Jamal Damien Marcus: Roast Lamb, Vegetables, dessert and accessories
- Fri breakfast - BaronJamal Damien Marcus: Eggs to order, bacon, oatmeal, bread & butter, & accessories
- Fri lunch - Master Giuseppe Francesco da Borgia: Roast pork w/sweet n sour, Spinach w/pancetta & currants, Cabbage w/fennel & apple, Bread & herbed dipping oils
- Fri dinner - Mistress Astra Christiana Benedict: Paella
- Sat breakfast - Sir Robear du Bois and Mistress Kristin Alfhildr of Trondheim - Baked French toast, ham, homemade applesauce and oatmeal, with juice and milk
- Sat lunch - Mistress Tetchubah of Greenlake - Shepherd's pie, vegetarian vegetable soup, salad, bread/butter
- Sat dinner - Baroness Lasairfhíona ní Chon Chonnacht - Roasted beef and chicken, with various accompanying sauces (they get to accessorize their own...), Bohemian Peas, Garlic Cheese Mashed Potatoes (and not your average Twice Bakes, either...), Salads, Fresh breads
- Sun breakfast - Lesley Fitzpatrick -scrambled eggs with accompanyments to add (cheese, salsas), bacon, muffins or biscuits, oatmeal and juice.
- Sun lunch - Baron David of Caithness & Baroness Adelicia of Caithness - Chicken and dried beef Pasty, Onion and Cheese Pasty, Beef Stew, Vegetable Soup, Hard-boiled eggs, Relish tray,Baked apples
- Sun dinner - Countess Una Orcadiana - Bread, tapenade, Samit, olive oil dip,Green salad with an Apicius-style vinaigrette, leg of lamb, Carrots w/sauce, Green beans, Naughty-Soldier Pottage, Brownies
- Tea all days - Cristobal and her crew
