Recipes

Donal O'Brien's Brandied Lemonade

Ingredients:

4 cups of sugar

3 cups of lemon juice

4 1/2 cups of water

3 1/2 cups of white wine (9% to 12% abv)

1 1/2 cups of brandy (80 proof).

Procedure:

Combine all ingredients at once. Makes 1 gallon.
