Baron Master Conrad von Regensburg, who was Kingdom Herald was also Baron of Lyondemere. He was also head of the unofficial Order of St. Lucy (Patron saint of Heralds and Fussbudgets). As head of this order he carried a lucite rod named, "The Staff of St. Lucy." Not to be confused with a similar staff born by the Acrylic heresy. Conrad had a commanding presence and was excellent at running a court, keeping it on track, on time, and yet richly ceremonial. Baroness of Dreiburgen [[Alison von Markheim | Alison]] called him, "An iron hand in a velvet glove." Amazing fellow.
