Dame Talia bint Al-Athir is a former landed Baroness of Western Seas.

Talia was granted the title of Court Baroness on 05/23/2020 by TRM Alexander II and Tahira II. She received a Lux Caidis for Garb on 07/06/2013 from TRM Sven IV and Cassandra II.

At Starkhafn Anniversary 2019, Their Excellencies Robert and Gyda officially recognized Talia as an official member of the populace of the Barony of Starkhafn.

Talia and her husband Duke Mansur ibn al-Sha'bi ibn Rafi' relocated to the Kingdom of An Tir in early 2021.
