Festival of the Rose
And
Dreiburgen Summer Arts will host the Festival of the Rose this year on Saturday, July 11, 2009. The people of the Kingdom are invited to display their original work for the pleasure of Her Majesty the Queen and the populace of CAID. Demonstrations and performance arts are most welcome.
A wonderful donational lunch will be available. A Fiber Exchange is planned for those who have fabric or fiber arts materials they would like to trade. A Fiber Play Day is planned, with a Japanese braiding theme. In addition, a number of classes are being arranged.
If you would like to have a display of your works or participate in a performance, please contact the Autocrats prior to June 30, 2009. Come and honor Her Majesty with your presence...
Schedule for the Day:
- Site opens for Arts Display Set Up at 8:30am
- Site opens for the Populace at 9:00am
- Opening Court: 10:00am or at Her Majesty’s Pleasure.
- Site Closes: 5:00pm
