After fighting off the plague for the last few years, and the roadblocks Mother Nature saw fit to throw in his way, rumor has it that St. Corrigan will again attempt to find his way home!! Come help us welcome the errant saint home (hopefully he won’t get lost again)! The site opens at noon Friday, June 17, 2022 for campers, and will be open on Saturday, June 18, 2022 for the event at 9:00am. Day trippers welcome!! Saturday’s activities include all the normal scenarios: sack the town, sheep rugby, gnome tossing, hunkerhouser, bowling (bring your favorite wooden bowls!), youth activities and more! There will be fighting. The scenarios are TBD. This year there will be a people’s choice Arts contest – bring your art created in the past two years and show off!! Registration: In an ongoing effort to encourage newcomers and general attendance the barony is underwriting the cost of the camping sites. Don’t be left out - be sure to register with the stewards ASAP! Again there will be NO camp fee. Day use fees will be reimbursed also. Donations happily accepted! However, all waivers must still be signed, so be sure to stop at gate at the event when you arrive. We are not in our usual location. Maps will be posted to the event. Keep an eye out for the camping sign up form. We have reserved 10 spots. Each spot can have two cars, two tents, and six people. If we fill up we will announce the next steps. Site Restrictions: The park has a pet fee of $2.00 each for pets, max 3 - you are responsible for this fee, and pets MUST be on a 6’ leash at ALL times and all non-campers must be off site by sunset, these are the Park rules. You cannot bring outside firewood. Firewood can be purchased on site.

Memories

On St. Corrigan's Day, four exceptional Dreiburgundians were made Premier AND Ultimate recipients of very special recognition. Lord Geral de Riera is the quiet type who ends up dominating every martial activity he tries, has collected Baronial archery and crossbow championships across the Kingdom, is a rapier assassin, was recently authorized in long sword, and also makes a mean breakfast coffee cake. Such prowess is deserving of the title of Silent but Deadly, the emblem of such recognition being a Flatulence Apparatus (fart gun.) Lady Sancha Castellanos (Michelle Stark) So efficient and helpful. We merely mention we would like something sewn, remembered, or made, and before we know it, Sancha had the thing accomplished and is asking for the next task. Such service is deserving of the exclusive title of Get'er Done, the emblem of such recognition being a Tool of Many Functions (a hammer). Baroness Tyne MacPhersone. When things unravel, as they are wont to do, Tyne gathers up all those loose ends and makes sure we move forward. She always picks up the pieces. Such dedication is deserving of exclusive (Premier, and Ultimate) membership of The Collectors of Loose Ends, the emblem of such recognition being a Vessel of Loose Ends (yep!). Lady Michelle filia Osgari She’s the one who will dust you off, tell you what you did wrong, make you a sandwich and set you back on your feet. As such she is the deserving recipient of The Golden Slipper, AKA the Golden Chancla. The emblem of this recognition is two part. One, a golden sandal pendant suspended from a cord of azure (Made by, you guessed it, our Get'er Done Captain Sancha) so that all may see and know the power Lady Michelle holds. But, if seeing is not enough, Lady Michelle also received a hefty Golden Chancla to suspend from her belt and employ in those moments of greatest need. Congratulations to all, for you inspire and delight us, and we really, truly, could not do this without you! Fortunately for all of us, these moments were captured in time by THL Suleiman ibn Rawh Thank you! ~ Kungund Benehonig
