Representatives of the four Southern baronies, Angels, Calafia, Isles and Dreiburgen gathered at the home of Christian of Orange to discuss the formation of a principality. It may have been at this meeting that Master Boncueur first suggested the name, Caid although one account says that he coined the name at the Tourney of Union.
