On Friday, April 1, Lord Gwydioan am y'Gorlwyn and Lady Anna McAyre of Gorabh will host a "Feast of Fools" banquet. At this feast, you come as what you are not -- this seems to include animal, vegetable (Go, Duryn!), minearl, or other members of the SCA. A prize will be given for the most provocative outfit and nudity will NOT count in your favor. There will also be an indoor lists (thumb-restling) to determine the King or Queen of fools. Site and menu will be announced, but you can be sure that there will be plenty of Gwydioan's mead. The cost of the feast will run between $3.50 and $5.00

Memories

• Lady Arabella Lyon de Rohese sported a pair of very high platform shoes under her long gown, so she was tall (rather than her usual petite stature).
• Mistress Bjo of Griffin declared that she was feeling healthy (she was recovering from a very bad cold).
• Mistress Bevin Fraser of Stirling came as a blonde belly-dancer (an outfit she had never worn before or since).
