Collegium Caidis – Spring Session
The 1987 Spring Session of Collegium Caidis will be held at UC Riverside, in Riverside CA., on March 14 and 15, 1987. We may not of the same rooms each day, so please look for the signs which will be posted on campus.
Registration
Registration will be open at 8:00 a.m. each morning. If you do not pre-register, please arrive on site arrive early so the appropriate paperwork may be completed in time for classes with a minimum of hassle.
Classes
Classes will begin promptly at 9:00 A.M.on both days, with a lunch break each day from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M.
There will be no evening classes at this session. The Barony of Dreiburgen is sponsoring the revel and the location will be announced at the site.
Crash Space
Contact Aldred von Lechsend aus Froschheim if you need a place to stay for the weekend.
Snack Bar:
The Barony of Dreiburgen will be offering a tasty array of snacks and lunches both days of the Collegium, with breakfast snacks beginning at 7:30 a.m. we recommend that students and teachers either partake of this good food or bring a bag lunch and enjoy a picnic with friends, as too many times students and/or teachers have gone to a restaurant for lunch and returned late for class.
Restaurant maps will be available at the site for dinner.
Visiting Instructors
Our honored guest instructors this session will be Duke Cariadoc of the Bow, and his lady, Lady Elizabeth. Many of you will remember Duke Cariadoc from his short stay in our Kingdom as an outstanding scholar, gentleman and storyteller/entertainer. Please give his Grace and his Lady, a very warm Caidan welcome.
Mistress Anne of Hatfield is another visiting instructor, this time from the east Kingdom. Please give her a warm Caidan welcome.
