Baroness’ Feast and Winter Holiday Revel
The Natal Day of our Beloved Baroness Rowena (and also of St. Evelyn, patron saint of the de-flowered) will be observed on Saturday December 7 at 6 p.m. Set up begins at 4 p.m.
Entertainment to be provided that will be talked about for years! Revel eccellentissimo! A feast that would impress even the Borgias! Antidotes provided upon request!!!
The theme is Northern Italian, and there will be a Competition for the Most Medieval Winter Holiday Table. There will be only ten (10) openings for the contest. Judging will be on the theme you choose, opulence (or ingenuity) and colors: minimum is a tablecloth and candles. Centerpieces must be constructed so that you can see the Gentles opposite you. The prize will be a pair of silver candlesticks.
Please bring your banners to add your personal touch to the atmosphere.
This is a damp site- May we suggest a medium dry white wine for the First and Third Removes and a Red or more bold white wine for the fourth and fifth Removes.
