Duchess Natalya de Foix, OP, OL has been in the SCA since 1974. She has lived in the Midrealm and the East at various times, but her fealty has always been with Caid. Her artistic interests include performance arts, embroidery, culinary arts and all things T'ang Dynasty (609-917 A.D.) She also writes poetry, including fighter poems, a project in which she has participated since the late 70s. She is a patroness of the Inn of the Crimson Spade. Her husband Jean-Christophe Messier is originally from the East Kingdom.
