Heraldry
Crimson Skirts wear...a crimson skirt. Men in the unit often wear a waffenroc.

The Crimson Skirts are the rapier fighting unit in the Shire of Isles, and include most of the Shire's rapier fighters, excepting those who have joined other fighting units. Ex-Isles often continue to fight with the Skirts after they have (graduated and) left the Shire.

Leadership

The Crimson Skirts choose a new commander from among their ranks every year at the beginning of summer.
