To fight in this tournament the participant must be sponsored by a Lady of the Rose who will be attending the tournament. A Lady of the Rose may sponsor one unbelted fighter and one belted fighter. This tournament will be fought in double-elimination format. For more information please contact Duchess [[Faizeh al-Zarqa]], Rose Tourney Sponsor. The first annual Rose Tournament was held at Great Western War 2008. The prize was a fabulous Klaus von Mainz box. Many thanks to all the marshals that volunteered and to Duke Dietrich von Vogelsang and Viscountess Krysta MacIntyre for their field heraldry work, and to Duke Guillaume de Belgique for his court heraldry work.
