    • Sun breakfast - Sir Robear du Bois and Mistress Kristin Alfhildr of Trondheim Baked French toast, oatmeal, chicken-herb sausage, applesauce, selection of fresh fruit (oranges & apples), and orange juice
    • Sun lunch - Lady Peregrine Rose Falconer - "My Big Fat Greek Lunch": 2 soups: Fisherman's stew with salmon & curry lentil for vegetarians; spanakopita; 2 salads: Pear, greens, and gorganzola and a traditional Greek salad; bread & butter,
    • Sun dinner - Lady Mora Gowe and Lord Eirikr mjoksiglandi - Complete Roasted Pig, green beans with crimini mushrooms, bread dressing, salad with parsley vanegrette,
    • Tea all days - Mistress Cristobal degli Glicine che Mangia Uome and House Pilgrim and Star - various sweet and savory goodies

Highlights

  • Master Thomas Brownwell's impressive array of engraving tools set up in the Coffeehouse, with demos and encouragement to play.
  • Sir Robear du Bois worked with a group of dancers to figures out some of the Cecil Sharp-records sword dances.
  • Ladies on the hall balcony shooting arrows at the "boars" in the boar hunt.
  • Sitting out on the balcony doing gold embroidery because the light is right, and it started snowing. Then it got foggy and the trees began disappearing.
