James Nitefall / James Toirdhealbach

- Thank you Farlin for alerting us. When creating new populace pages, the procedure we follow is to check (in this order) 1. if the name is registered 2. names listed on the Order of Precedence. After checking both sources only James Nitefall was found on the Caid's Order of Precedence. I will be moving content over to James Nitefall's page but will put a redirect from the James Toirdhealbach page so that any articles that reference that name will be redirected to the correct page. If he ever registers the other name, make sure he notifies us so we can make adjustments and reverse the redirect!
