Winter has gone on and on and on. Enough! We need a break from the hibernal doldrums. What shall we do? LET’S GO TO WAR! After consultation with the Crowns of the Kingdoms of Caid and Artemisia, Duke Conrad Breakring invites one and all to the Talon Crescent War, held in the Barony of Starkhafn from noon on the 12th to noon on the 16th of February, 2015. 4 days of camping, fighting, A&S, classes, shopping and celebrating at beautiful Craig Ranch Regional Park, 628 W. Craig Road, North Las Vegas, NV, 89032. Martial activities will include heavies and rapier (melees, tourneys, and classes), archery, thrown weapons, youth, and more. Arts will feature a full array of classes, an Artisan’s Showcase, and demonstrations. Start the war season right, with a friendly gathering of warriors and artisans bent on learning, teaching and doing. The site is conveniently located near all the facilities of a city, while nestled on the greens of a former golf course.
Site fees will be $45 for adult members, $50 for adult non-members, $25 for youth 10-16. Children under 10 are guests of the war.
