From the Crown Prints
Come to the temperate Shire of the Isles and support the contestants for Consort’s Champion this July. The event will be held at Nojoqui Falls Park. This day will include contests for the Honor of the new Queen including Lists for Heavies, Rapier, and Children.
SCHEDULE:
9:00 Site Opens
10:00 List Open
10:30 Opening Court
List Close 30 minutes after Court
5:00 Site Closes
REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Adult Event Registration, $25.00. Adult Member Discount Event Registration, $15.00. Children under 18 are guests of the Shire. Cash & checks accepted at gate. Make checks payable to “SCA Inc./Shire of the Isles”.
SITE INFORMATION: Please note that cell phone coverage at the site is very poor.
DIRECTIONS: WARNING! – Do not trust Google Maps. It will try and put you on an unmarked, unmaintained county road. From the South: Make your best way to 101 north through Santa Barbara County. Once you pass the Gaviota rest area, look for Old Coast Road about 5.5 miles beyond the rest area and turn right. There will be a sign for Nojoqui Falls Park. Travel 1 mile to Alisal Road and turn left. The park will be on the right after 0.8 miles. From the North: Make your best way to Highway 101 south through Buellton. Approximately 5 miles south of Buellton turn left onto Old Coast Highway. There will be a sign for Nojoqui Falls Park. Travel 1 mile to Alisal Road and turn left. The park will be on the right after 0.8 miles.
