Greetings! Come Join Us In The Barony of Starkhafn for a weekend of fighting, friends, and food!
Practicum of the Sword VII will soon be upon us - Saturday, March 16th and Sunday March 17th of 2013.
This year we are again meeting in Boulder City, approximately 20 minutes outside of Las Vegas. We look forward to partaking with friends of a variety of classes. These will focus on sword combat in SCA armored, unarmored and rapier forms, with an eye on the historical use of the weapons and other matters of import to the well-rounded swordsman and swordswoman!
Lunch is provided in site fee Saturday, and a donation lunch will be available on Sunday.
Revel!! Saturday evening in honor of St. Patrick’s Day there will be food and time to visit and swap stories, songs and meet new friends. There is no charge for the revel.

- Revel: 6:30pm
- Site closes: Sunday, March 17th 9am – 5pm
Site Fee: $15 Adults. Please remember there is a $5 non-member surcharge.

Directions: The event will be held at 1204 6th St, Boulder City, NV 89005.
If you are heading north towards Vegas, take the I15 to Blue Diamond Rd/NV-160 S and stay straight to go onto E Windmill Lane. This will allow you to merge onto I-215 E/Bruce Woodbury Belt which you will then take to the US-93 S via EXIT 1 toward Boulder City. Stay straight to go onto Nevada Way. Take the 2nd right onto 5th Street, take the 3rd right onto B Ave., the first left onto 6th Street and the site will be on your left. If you reach Adams Blvd. you’ve gone about 0.2 miles too far.
