WHEN: 3pm Friday, March 17, 2023 to 12pm Sunday, March 19, 2023 Come join us as we fan the flames of friendship between the Shire of WinDale (Atenveldt) and the Barony of Starkhafn (Caid) in our first collaboraƟve camping event, pracƟcum of war, and friendship tourney! The day’s events will include all things War! Classes in armored fighƟng, rapier, archery, thrown weapons, siege engines, lysts minster, marshalling, heralding, arts, cooking, tent construcƟon, camping and more. There will also be “science fair” style exhibiƟons and demonstraƟons throughout the day from the guilds of both the barony and the shire (including the brewers guild!). Come air out your war equipment and get help to make those much needed repairs. Bring out your banners and fly them proudly. At the end of the day we will have a friendship tourney and fireside bardic circle. War AucƟon! Bring your money and bid on items in the “Art of War” aucƟon. Do you need some new garb? A Viking A-frame tent? A replacement for that broken sword or arrow? A new lantern or stove perhaps? Come see what’s for sale and make your best bid. Proceeds go to support the event and will be split evenly between the Barony of Starkhafn and the Shire of Windale (aŌer event costs of course).
SCHEDULE Friday, March 17, 3:00 pm: Site opens Sunday, March 19, 12:00 pm: Site closes (with cleanup crew unƟl sundown)
SITE RESTRICTIONS: No glass in the park please. This is a discreetly wet site with camping allowed. There is also a dog park attached.
EVENT REGISTRATION: $20 Adult Event Registration, $15 Adult Member Discount Event RegistraƟon.
Camping is open and free for the weekend. Children 17 and under are guests of the Barony/Shire. Cash and
checks accepted at gate, make checks payable to “SCA, Inc./ Barony of Starkhafn”. No refunds.
