Barony of Nordwache Protector and Anniversary Tournament
A tournament is proclaimed for the Protector of the Barony of Nordwache to be held at Castle Kirk on the 27 of June 1998.
All ye Gentles are welcome to compete and celebrate in the grand event. A handsome prize unto the victor shall be awarded whereas the highest-placing heavy weapons fighter will be named protector.
Schedule of The Day
- 9:00am – Site Opens
- 5:00pm – Closing Court
- 6:00pm – Site Closes
Daytime: Axe toss at targets, Finest lady’s garland, Most chivalrous fighter
Evening: Bardic circle, Brewing (all kinds and sorts) The bardic circle will be for epic poems singing, Dancing and drumming! Bring thine drum.
We will be having a dinner feast so a $5.00 site fee is to be collected for adults. Please bring a non-perishable dish for potluck to enhance the main courses.
The weather will be warm so dress light, and if you could bring your chairs/table for the feast this will be quite helpful. Over night camping will be limited, so call ahead for reserved space.
