Her Excellency Jumana al-Zarqa and her husband Sir Ciaran Blackrune were invested as Baron and Baroness on 10/26/2013. On 06/08/2014, she became Baroness in her own right when Sir Ciaran stepped down. On 10/30/2016, Baroness Jumana stepped down and was made a Court Baroness by TRM Oz and Marisa.
