Gallavally Anniversary
April 10 2004
Come join the fun-loving Canton of Gallavally as we celebrate our Anniversary. The event will be at Valle Vista Park in East Hemet.
We will have a tournament for Heavy and Rapier. Come show your fighting spirit! There will also be Boffer Combat Pas de Armes!
There will be a People’s Prize Arts Contest. Bring your objects d’art, either finished or in progress, and let people get a good look at them.
There will be other activities throughout the day. There will be a Whit Elephant Sale to raise funds for the Canton. Bring objects of SCA interest that are cluttering up your closets and garages, as well as the products of your artistic endeavors and let them help us raise money to fund our activities.
There will be a Dessert Revel after the event at the home of the steward. A gathering of friends: There will be games boards and a fire pit to sing and tell tales around. There may be baubling! There will be a contest for best chocolate dessert & best chocolate drink. The revelwill be wet. Crash space is available.
Schedule
- 8:00 am – Site opens
- 10:00 am – Opening Court
- 11:00 am – Fighting Starts
- 4:00 pm – Closing Court
- 6:00 pm – Dessert Revel
- 11:00 pm – Revel Clean up
The revel site is at the home of the event steward Master Gulliver
