Crown Prints

“Happy we who can bask in this warm September sun, which illumines all creatures, as well when they rest as when they toil, not without a feeling of gratitude.” How grateful and honored is the Barony of Altavia to host the Fall Crown Tournament under the tall trees and grassy fields of Crescenta Valley Park on September 8, 2007. Join us for the day when the new Heirs of the realm are determined by armored combat upon the field of honor!

Schedule for the Day

7:00am Site opens 8:00am Populace welcome, lists and gate open 10:30am Opening Court (at their Majesties pleasure) 4:00pm Closing Court 6:00pm Site closes

Activities of the day

There will be activities for children, an instant raffle, a regular raffle and a white elephant sale! Merchants are welcome! The park requires only 10% of gross profits. If you are interested in merchant-ing, please contact Merchants@sca-altavia.org and put “Crown Merchants” in the subject line. Pets are allowed but must remain on a leash at all times.

Additional Information for the event

Site Fees: $5 for adult member, $8 for adult non-member, $3 per child 4-12 years, children 3 years and under are guests of the Barony. Please make checks payable to \\\"SCA, Inc/Barony of Altavia\\\"

Baronies, Cantons and Shires will have first choice of eric-front space. Please contact the Autocrat staff to reserve space on the list field.
