Bako Miklos (AKA: Mikos Bako)

Persona

Miklos Bako (written out as "Bako Mikos" in proper patronymic form) is an non-aristocratic 11th century Magyar freeman of mixed Turkish and Uralic descent, living in the northern Carpathian Basin. Raised by semi-nomadic horse traders, Miklos established a career as a merchant and a land owner (known as a"Jobaggy"). He serves as Lord of the Manor under an allodial title from the Hungarian Monarchy.
