Queen’s Champion Archery & Thrown Weapons October 20, 2012
Lords and Ladies, Archers and Throwers all, Their Majesties, Their Highnesses and Their Excellencies and the Barony of the Angels invites you to Woodley Park in the Barony of Altavia on Saturday, October 20, 2012 for Queen’s Champion Archery & Thrown Weapons Tournament. All Archery and Thrown Weapon Challenges will be decided after Crown Tourney. Please contact the event stewards for more information on the Challenges. In addition to the open division championship, there will also be a contest to decide her Highness’s Youth Champion Archer! All youth archers are invited to come and test their skills on the range! The youth division will be shooting from shorter distances than the open division, but on the same course. Crossbows are allowed.

Woodley Park Archery Range, 6331 Woodley Avenue, Van Nuys, CA 91406. THIS IS A VERY DRY SITE. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES. PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK BUT NOT INSIDE THE ARCHERY RANGE.
Leash laws are in effect. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the park.
FEES:
Site fee for the day will be $7.00. There will be a surcharge of $7.00 for all non-members. Children 5 and under will be the guests of the barony. Checks are made out to SCA Inc./Barony of the Angels.
