He started in the SCA at the wee age of 13 as a retainer to Quintin Phelan in the year 1995 A.S. XXIX. He began fighting on his 18th birthday and was released from the service of Quintin Phelan and squired to Charles of Dublin soon after.
He Has been a member of the Caidan Royal Artillery Corps for his entire stay in the SCA
