The feast menu is:
Middle Eastern Chicken Feast Menu
Appetizers (Mezze Platter)
A collection of small dishes served with warm pita bread is a great way to start the meal.
• Hummus: A classic, creamy chickpea dip, often drizzled with olive oil and topped
with a few whole chickpeas and parsley.
• Baba Ganoush: A smoky and smooth dip made from roasted eggplant, tahini, and
lemon juice.
• Tabbouleh Salad: A fresh, vibrant salad made with bulgur wheat, finely chopped
parsley, mint, tomatoes, and a lemon-olive oil dressing
Main Course
Aromatic and tender chicken served with flavorful rice is the centerpiece of the dinner.
• Slices of chicken marinated in a blend of traditional Middle Eastern spices then
seared or grilled to perfection.
Side Dishes
• Lebanese Vermicelli Rice (Riz bi Sharieh): Fluffy basmati rice with golden toasted
vermicelli noodles, a staple side dish in Middle Eastern cuisine.
• Roasted Vegetables: A mix of roasted carrots, zucchini, and red bell peppers
seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
• Creamy Yogurt Sauce: A simple, cooling sauce made from plain yogurt mixed with
minced garlic, cucumber and a squeeze of lemon juice to balance the rich spices.
DIRTY DOZEN DONATION: We are pleased to announce that there will be a Dirty Dozen Donation. If you have a craft, skill, art, or science, please consider entering the Dirty Dozen Competition.
What is the Dirty Dozen?
It is a chance for artisans and scientists of all kinds to contribute by donating 12 items.
These items do not all need to be the same.
For example: if you embroider and make candles, you can contribute some of each, as
long as the total adds up to a dozen.
Their Highnesses—soon to be Majesties—will select an overall winner (though truly, by entering, you have already won through your generosity!). The overall winner will be allowed to take one item from every entry.
All who participate will then be able to choose one item total from the pool of entries.
All remaining items will be used at Their Majesties’ discretion in support of the Kingdom.
There is not a theme, but please make certain to include a label with your information.
The contest will be at Coronation/12th Night, on 01/10/2026 in the fair Barony of Angels
and so will I! If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to Issya at
sunnebaroness@gmail.com
SITE RESTRICTIONS: This is a discreetly damp site. Alcoholic beverages are only permitted in the feast hall. Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the church grounds (inside, outside, or parking lot).
