DESCRIPTION: Their Excellencies of Calafia, Baron þorsteinn and Baroness Asa, welcome you to Potrero War 2025!
We graciously invite you, your War Band, Family, and Friends to join us Memorial Day weekend for four days of Viking Themed Combat, Games, Arts and Sciences, Bardic Competitions, and MORE! Come help us raise a Viking Village!
GATE HOURS:
Thursday 5/22 - 12:00pm (Noon) to 12:00am (Midnight)
(PAID pre-registered attendees may enter at 10am)
Friday 5/23 - 8:00am to 10:00pm
Saturday 5/24 - 8:00am to 10:00pm
Sunday 5/25 - 8:00am to 2:00pm
Site Closes: Monday, May 26, 2025 12:00pm (Noon)
Only those with a valid 2025 site token will be allowed entry overnight. Please plan your arrival accordingly!
EVENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Pre-Registration is payable via PayPal or check. Please make any checks out to “SCA Inc./Barony
of Calafia.” CASH ONLY will be accepted at Gate.
RV Reservations open 12pm on Sunday, February 2nd, with all other pre-registration and land allocation opening 12pm on Wednesday, February 17th. Pre-registration is payable via PayPal, Money Order, or check. Pre-Registration/Land allocation will close at 11pm on Thursday, May 8th.
Adult Camping - Sleepy Hollow RV Campsites with hookups:
$115 Adult Event Registration $105 Adult Discount Event Registration † RV reservations must be made in advance, and fill up quickly. Initial reservations must preregister and pay by February 22nd, 2025 or their spot will go to the waiting list.
