For Bard of Caid 2025, I introduced inaugural changes to the format, including digital submission options and travel to the Barony of Western Seas, to expand access and participation across the Kingdom.

Role demanded membership, leadership, and a calm presence at the center of operations.
Lunch Feast Steward	Calafia/Gyldenholt Friendship Tournament	4/13/2024	Planned and executed a multi-course themed feast (1001 Arabian Nights) for the populace, baronage, and crown. Oversaw budgeting, menu design, food prep, and staffing. Managed kitchen operations onsite, ensuring a delicious, thematic, and hospitable experience from planning to presentation.
Event Co-Steward	Leif Erickson Tournament	10/21/2023	Organized a Viking-themed event across multiple martial communities, coordinating budgets, contests, and hospitality. Designed inclusive activities (low sensory space, scavenger hunt, costume contest), created and sourced prize goods, and managed logistics, purchasing, and Baronial coordination to deliver a successful, immersive event.
Deputy Steward - Bardic	Potrero War: Rome Wasn't Built in a Day	May 2023	Supported event steward with concert logistics, coordinated setup, and co-managed the hospitality table. Contributed supplies to ensure a welcoming, well-provisioned space for performers and audience alike.
