Lord Cesar is a squire to Kyr Yaroslav the Persistent, number 86 of the Siech Persistent.
Persona
Cesar Alejandro was born a Mozarab on 1072 in Toledo by Roman Catholics parents, Diego Sancho de Baracoa and Isabel Maria. At the age of 21, Cesar left Toledo to join as a mercenary as part of regiment serving a Castilian nobleman Rodrigo Diaz de Vivar to capture Valencia. In 1094, a great opportunity arises to learn the ways of the sea as an apprentice to a sea merchant and there he discovered the good ship, Deteriotta. After decades, Cesar explored exotic lands, discovered riches, then eventually found the Kingdom of Caid. Now as a sea merchant of his own right, he traveled to different baronies within Caid until he fell in love with the black serpent of the sea, Calafia. There he resided working with the youths of the barony on developing their swordsmanship and training them for war.

Every first Sunday of the month, Cesar trains and mentors youths interested on youth combat. He helps transition the youth to fight in heavy combat.
