Special Recognition

  • Premier AND Ultimate recipient of the very special "Get 'Er Done" award, June 18th 2022
According to Baroness Kungund Benehonig She is: "So efficient and helpful. We merely mention we would like something sewn, remembered, or made, and before we know it, Sancha had the thing accomplished and is asking for the next task. Such service is deserving of the exclusive title of Get'er Done, the emblem of such recognition being a Tool of Many Functions (a hammer)."

Bardic

  • I Still Call Caid Home, I wrote this piece in September 2022 when the dream of moving to Calontir was still fresh in my mind. Even though some dreams fall through, this dream (the SCA) remains alive. So this filk, Dreiburgen, is for you.
Performed at Dreiburgen Summer Arts 2022 by Sancha, Lynnette de Sandoval del Valle de los Unicornios, and Mary Dedwydd verch Gwallter
I wrote this piece after a dear friend lost his life during an event. The loss of Olaf mac Stiamna took me back to pen as well as back to music on a deeper level. Now, this poem has transformed into song.

Painting

Heraldic Majolica Style Plate

I enjoy painting ceramics and I wanted to create something that would be in keeping with my persona. I researched Medieval Majolica pottery and was able to find copious examples of my heraldic rabbit! (Click on documentation to see the PDF)
