Neptha was the second Laurel created by a Caidan king on 10/28/1978, but the "earliest" Laurel who is still a Laurel. Giesele Hildegaard of the Mystic Dragon was Laureled at the First Coronation Festival 1978 on 06/03/1978 but resigned from the order in 1986.
