Sarnwold

The Canton of Sarn World (also spelled Sarnwold) was originally formed as the Canton of New Albion in the Barony of the Angels in March 1977. Members of the Barony of the Angels who lived in the west San Fernando Valley wanted to have events in their local area, especially with an equestrian focus. Members of the Canton included Erekose von Dragasus, Kerisa of Silverwolf, Algarth of Mount Coruscation, Aurora Panthera, and Thea Gabrielle Northernridge. Events were held on the campus of Cal State Northridge.

The canton changed its name to Altavia in April 1982, and eventually became a Barony in 1983.
