Lady Meave Douglass joined the SCA in 1995 as a founding member of the Incipient College of Saint Ursula. She remained active in the Barony of Calafia, until the mundane world brought her to Gyldenholt. Meave and her lord husband, Theo van der Zee, moved in 2005 to the Shire of Caer Adamant, in the East Kingdom, and played both there and in the Kingdom of Atlantia before returning to Gyldenholt in 2008.
