Maypole

Yearly, a maypole dance was performed at the College of the Voyagers May Day Tournament. The maypole is thought to have been originally a pagan fertility symbol, and the Voyager's maypole appears to some remarkable properties. After the tournament, one couple volunteers to take the maypole home with them to store it until the next year. More often than not, that couple is blessed with a child within the following year.
