Lady Eliane Duran, also known as Kylinne de Sancerre, was introduced to the SCA in 1995 in [[An Tir]] and went to her first event (30YC) in 1996. She started as an archer, but was recruited into the ranks of rapier fighters at Scola Metallorum in the [[Outlands]] after realizing that finding her arrows in the snow was even more difficult that it sounds.
