Covid Yule

Title

Because of the covid pandemic, Angels/Altavia Yule in December 2020 was online and not what we wanted or were used to.

But we Zoomed, and had a wonderful time seeing and hearing friends who we dearly wanted and needed to hug.

We've had a year from ... heck,

But online it's gone quite well,

With Zoom and Discord

We've marshaled the hoard,

And so the boredom we quell!

Three cheers for our B&Bs,

Who have helped us sail these seas,

They brought us cheer

The whole dang year,

And they make it look like a breeze (it's NOT)!

When we get to event a-gain,

There will be a big hugging chain,

We want to meet face to face

In our physical space,

And get beyond our pandemic brain!

But for now we meet virtual,

With our friends so valuable,

And our holiday fun

Will not be undone,

So we modify our rituals.
