Sir Charles of Dublin, OL. Charles was elevated to the Order of the Chivalry on September 17, 1977 by Paul and Carol, King and Queen of the West. He was elevated to the Order of the Laurel for Bardic (Vocal Performance) and Numismatics on Nov. 21, 1987 by Hanno and Cassaundra, King and Queen of Caid.
