Bran mac Máeli Brigte (aka Ryan the Ribald)
Persona
- Bran mac Máeli Brigte is originally from Galway, Ireland. Born in the early 16th Century, Bran has seen a lot of change over the years including the fall of the Catholic Church in England, the reign of Bloody Mary and the resurrection of the Catholic Church, and the establishment of colonies in the New World by Spain and Portugal.
- A naval man by trade, Bran has spent a good number of years at sea. Due to some criminal activity for which he was blamed, Bran spent five years at Fleet Prison in London. Now, thanks to a few twists of luck, he has become a ship's captain and has assembled a fine crew in his endeavors to show his loyalty to the Kingdom of Caid in the New World. He does, however, go by a pseudonym in an effort to distance himself from his checkered past.
