Greetings unto the Baronies of Gyldenholt and Lyondomere, Welcome to the annual Yule celebration. We will be hosting a family gathering. There will be an abundance of food and laughter.
Time:
Site opens at 2:00 pm for set up.
Gate opens at 4:00 pm
Dinner starts at 5:00 pm
White Elephant: 7:00 pm
Site closes: 9:00 pm
White elephant is an activity that is enjoyed. This year we ask that the item either be hand made or regifted. We all have things that we no longer need and wish to pass on to others. Use this time to help you rehome some of the extra items you may have. The plan is to start the White Elephant around 7:00pm Toys for Tots: We would like to collect items for Toys for Tots. Please feel free to bring new unwrapped items to be delivered to a local Toys for Tots collection.
Photo Opportunity: There will be areas designated for photos. Feel free to take your photos with backgrounds.
Site fees: Site fees are $25 with a membership discount they are $15. Children under the age of 16 are guests of the Barony.
Site hours: Site will open at 2:00pm for set up. Gate will open at 4:00pm. Dinner will begin at 5:00pm. The event ends at 9:00pm.
