Mistress Zenobia Naphtali, OL, was Crescent Principal Herald of Caid when her modern occupation moved her to An Tir. Thereafter, she served as Lion's Blood Herald of An Tir and the first Wreath Sovereign of Arms. Zenobia now uses the heraldic title, "Black Stag Herald Extraordinary."
She was elevated to the Order of the Laurel for Illumination and Heraldic Research on 04/15/1989 by TRM Guy and Darla.
